Meet Susan Kitchen

Key Account Manager

Susan manages client relationships and is focused on delivering a superior client experience. She assists clients through their on-boarding process, answer questions and solve problems while working collaboratively with internal teams and leadership to design and develop process improvements to the client journey. She plays a key role in influencing the design and usability of the REsides MLS website and technical products.

Susan has years of experience in the real estate industry with a focus on the Lowcountry. Prior to REsides, Susan held a variety of real estate sales and support positions in Bluffton, SC and on Hilton Head Island. Most recently, she was a Certified Broker Manager at Keller Williams Realty in Bluffton. Prior to that, she was Certified Broker for eXp Realty. Kitchen also worked for The Richardson Group where she managed the property association for Coligny Plaza and Windmill Harbour. Susan is a licensed broker in South Carolina and earned her Certified Real Estate Broker Manager Designation (CRB).
