We are pleased to announce the promotion of Phillip Kent to the position of Product and Data Manager. In his new role, Phillip will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction through the technical and data-delivery requirements of REsides operations.
REsides is dedicated to enhancing the subscriber experience, and Phillip’s promotion is a testament to our commitment to providing the highest level of service to our valued subscribers and partners. As Product and Data Manager, Phillip will oversee several tasks to ensure our subscribers’ needs are met and exceeded, as well as ensuring our subscribers’ valuable data is being used by vendors in accordance with our policies.
Some of the key responsibilities Phillip will undertake in his new role include:
Product and Vendor Relationship Management
- REsides maintains numerous vendor relationships and strategic partnerships with technology companies. This position is charged with maintaining an updated account of the contact points for each partner, as well as establishing a relationship with as many as possible to become the principal point of contact on the REsides side.
- Act as a liaison between the REsides support staff and our technology partners to resolve problems, obtain answers to queries from staff or subscribers, and to actively work with the partners to advance enhancement requests.
Compliance
- Manage the daily listing compliance process by enforcing rules, oversee rule establishment in data checker software, and provide communication, and stats regarding policies compliance violations.
Data Feed/IDX
- Maintain the REsides data feed system. Check data management system daily for any new data requests and stay current on REsides data policies.
- Proactively work to determine if any entity using REsides data is violating the terms of data use agreements whether that be illegal sharing of the data with third parties, or not pulling the minimum amount of data.
- Phillip Kent’s promotion comes as REsides continues to grow and expand its presence in the real estate industry. His dedication to the sanctity and security of our subscribers’ data, paired with his strong vendor relationships make him an idea fit for this role.
