New Account Management Model Prioritizes Client Engagement, Experiences and Success Outcomes with REsides Technology and Data Solutions
HILTON HEAD ISLAND, SC – (February 14, 2023) – REsides, the first and only MLS to launch a revolutionary new equity-ownership MLS model for real estate, announced today the transformation and expansion of its client support team. The new Account Management model delivers a higher level of differentiated and personalized services throughout the client relationship with a focus on engagement, experiences, and success outcomes.
The new client support model is a complete transformation and a first in the real estate MLS industry. It elevates the client support function to be more strategic, proactive and plays an integral role to help clients succeed in today’s digitally-driven and constantly-changing real estate marketplace.
Now, all REsides clients will be assigned to a dedicated Key Account Manager. The 1:1 model provides the foundation for closer relationships and personalized communications. “Our vision is to create a community to serve our clients as individuals; advocate for them and proactively provide solutions to assist them in achieving their success goals,” said Colette Stevenson, CEO at REsides. “We never believed in a one-size fits all approach to client support. Digital solutions and automations can be great, but often take away the value of the human touch. Our new model enables us to meet our clients where they are on their career path, shorten the learning curve and understand their expectations of the services they need every day. It also empowers our subscribers with the power to choose from self-help tools, feature-rich technology solutions and personalized training,” Stevenson added.
Susan Kitchen has been appointed Key Account Manager to support the transformation and joins a knowledgeable client support team with years of real estate and MLS expertise. In this role, Kitchen will be responsible for managing client relationships and delivering a superior client experience. She will assist clients in their onboarding process, answer questions and solve problems while working collaboratively with internal teams and leadership to design and develop process improvements to the client journey. She will also be a conduit for ideas to incorporate into upcoming design integrations of the REsides website and technical products.
Kitchen has years of experience in the real estate industry with a focus on the Lowcountry. Prior to REsides, Kitchen held a variety of real estate sales and support positions in SC. Most recently, a Certified Broker Manager at Keller Williams Realty in Bluffton. Prior to that, she was Certified Broker for eXp Realty. Kitchen also worked for The Richardson Group where she managed the property association for Coligny Plaza and Windmill Harbour.
“We are excited to welcome Susan to the REsides team,” said Stevenson. “Her knowledge of the Hilton Head and Bluffton real estate market is important as well as her client-first mindset and technical skills. Ensuring the satisfaction of our clients is always top of mind at REsides,” Stevenson added. “In 2023, we are launching several new initiatives that raise the bar when it comes to providing service and support for the real estate marketplace where brokers and agents can concentrate on their core value. Starting with the launch of our new MLS portal is a game changer and is going to set the standard in the MLS industry,” Stevenson said.”
The new REsides portal, driven by exceptional CRM integration, is a new launch and provides subscribers and their customers with a robust, and data-rich experience that is at the forefront of residential real estate technology. With an integrated CRM solution at the heart of the new REsides MLS portal, subscribers now have a powerful solution to manage their real estate business from lead-to-close.
“I am excited to join an organization that is client-centric as well as focused on data and innovation,” said Kitchen. “REsides is leading change by providing new, different and modern solutions to empower brokers and agents like never before,” Kitchen added. “I look forward to working with Colette, her leadership team and all of our clients to ensure satisfaction and success in today’s changing marketplace.”
