What is the difference between the new REsides MLS portal and OneHome™?

What does it cost?

There is no additional cost for the REsides custom branded sites, with lead generation, CRM, and more.  In addition, you have several upgrade packages with add on features to fit your business at some of the lowest prices in the industry. 

How long before my complimentary site is available?

It is available right now.  Log in to the REsides Dashboard and click the icon for the REsides Portal and log in.

How do I direct my clients to my site?

Type to locate your site on the web and share this address with your client via the CRM attached to your site.

What is the web address for my site?

Your MyREsides Superior site will always be  The name used for your site is the one registered with your REsides subscription.

What if my name is wrong on the site?

Please contact your Account Manager at REsides or to make any changes.

Will there be training available on how to make the most of MyREsides?

Yes! Our goal is to help you generate more leads, nurture customers and gain repeat business using the new REsides portal. A calendar of training classes will be published to zero in on specific topics.

Monthly Training will be offered and will contain broker and agent specific classes.  Sign up at any time or watch a recorded video available later this week.  As always, Dashboard notices and emails will be posted with the schedule. 

What are the upgrade packages available for a custom website?

There are several upgrade packages available to suit your personal needs, including options best for brokers versus agents. To view the available upgrade options, click on ‘Upgrade Options’ from your personal dashboard. You will find it at the top of your page. How do I sign up for a Custom Website?

It’s simple. All you need to do is select the upgrade package you want. Once you have purchased the upgrade package, you will be provided access to the tools and templates to create your site.

Is there support available to help me with my new custom website?

Yes! While we have made it simple and intuitive to create your own custom website with tools and templates that guide you, we are happy to help you at any step along the way. Simply contact us at We’ll get you up and running quickly. 

Can I cancel my custom website at any time down the road?

Yes! You are in complete control and have the option to cancel your custom website upgrade at any time.

What if I already have a website domain?

There are packages that allow you to point your domain to YOUR personal REsides MLS Website.  We can even mask the web address so it reflects your brand.   Please contact us and we can walk you through the process.

How do I see my leads?

It’s easy. Simply login to your REsides Portal to access and begin managing/communicating with all your contacts.  Once you are on your personal dashboard, you will see the area dedicated to Leads.

Is there a character minimum for my bio on my agent profile page?

Great question and the answer is NO! Feel free to provide as much or as little information about you as you’d like. The site is your opportunity to CUSTOMIZE and BUILD YOUR BRAND for one of the lowest costs in the industry.

How long does it take to build my custom site?

It depends on the level of customization and the package you want.  It can be done in as little as 7 days.  Contact your Account Manager or to determine the time frames.

Is it possible for the SMS option to include my cell number rather than the unique SMS number?

Yes, you get your own unique SMS number with an upgraded package that includes texting. This is where your property data will be sent from. When the customer calls you back, it will go to your cell phone.

Can I change my website default location for map searching to the area I predominately serve?

Yes – this is absolutely possible.

Is there a feature to build team websites?

Absolutely! We offer upgrade packages to support broker teams and can also support custom designs and sites to promote agent recruitment.

Do you get SEO benefits with the complementary and upgraded websites?

Yes. SEO is invaluable to drive your search rankings and is included with all REsides websites whether complementary website or an upgraded website.

Can we add video to our MLS website?

Yes, you can add video content to your website, starting that the Professional upgraded package which is $45 a month.

Is there a limit to the number of e-mails, contacts that can be sent before the system stops sending them and considers it spam?

No; however there is a limit to the number of e-mail and text credits you get based on your package.

How many e-mail credits do we get with complementary website?

Great question. You get 500 e-mail credits with your complementary website.

How do you define an e-mail credit?

An e-mail credit is the number of contacts you send to. In other words, let’s say you have an e-mail deployment scheduled for 2:00 today and it reaches 200 contacts and another e-mail deployment scheduled for tomorrow to 400 contacts, the number of e-mail credits you have used is 600.

Is there an app to access the new portal?

You do not need an app to access the new MLS portal. You can log-in from the home page at or via your Clariety dashboard.

I had downloaded an app a while ago called MLS Touch. Is this still active?

MLS Touch is a separate CoreLogic product that is tied to your REsides account in Matrix.
